The copyright in Michael O’Connell’s work is owned by his son Seamus O’Connell. It is administered on his behalf by DACS, the Design and Artists Copyright Society:

However, the Festival of Britain wall hangings and preparatory work were covered by Crown Copyright which expired in 2002.

The copyright in Anna Gifford’s film is owned by her daughters, Deri Morgan and her sister. Richard Tobin owns the digitised version of the film.

The copyright in John Tobin’s film is owned by his son, Richard Tobin.
